PROJECT BRIEF
Black Family Summit was designed not just as a conference, but as a sanctuary for advocacy, educational equity, and generational strength.
As the sole designer for the event, my objective was to translate complex themes such as; family unity, systemic change, parent-led advocacy, and future-focused education—into a cohesive, vibrant, and authentic visual language.
Striking a delicate balance between legacy, yet unapologetically modern and forward-looking. It blends organic, interconnecting shapes that symbolize multi-generational bonds and communal support.
The typography is bold and grounded, reflecting strength and purpose, using subtle elements to evoke movement, evolution, and hope.
Physical materials for BFS were designed to be both functional guides and keepsake artifacts.
